Christmas Bailey’s Panettone is a luxurious and sumptuous dessert for the festive season or any celebration. It’s also very easy and quick to make.

It can look perfectly tidy or not. It doesn’t matter as it tastes amazing!

  • One bought panettone (We used one with chocolate)
  • 500ml double cream
  • 100ml Bailey’s

Method

Slice the panettone horizontally.

Whip the cream

Add the Bailey’s and mix

Spread between layers of panettone
