This is Sally. Sally likes school. Sally’s Mummy has been thrown out of a party for saying she doesn’t like wars. Sally is sad.
This is Jayden. Jayden likes school. Every day Jayden and his friends stand up in class to salute their flag. Yesterday the old people in Jayden’s country used something called a ‘veto’ to keep a war going. Can you spell 'ceasefire'? Jayden can’t. Jayden is warm and happy.
This is Fatima. Fatima used to have a school but last week it caught fire with a loud bang! Fatima saw her Daddy today. He was laid on the ground. He looked like he was asleep but there was lots of blood on the white flag he had carried to keep himself safe. Mummy is upset. Fatima is crying and hungry.
