Dear Mr Vickers,
I am desperately awaiting your considered opinion as Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party of the mini budget…sorry fiscal event.
How do you think the vast majority of the constituents Stockton South feel about it?
We are generally more worried about choosing between eating and heating, whilst you appear to be more worried about bankers’ bonuses and millionaires tax burdens.
You appear to have abandoned the lie that was levelling up which was basically giving a percentage of the cuts made over 10 years of Tory misrule and expecting us to be grateful, doff our caps, tug our forlocks and say thank you for using lubricant.
I am grateful for this new tack as you are finally being honest and no longer pretending to give a damn about the ordinary person in the street.
I have e mailed you previously begging you for more honesty, so I am pleased you have taken my advice to heart.
You have been incredibly anonymous the last few months which is quite surprising. Is it not time you used your position as a senior member, if not as a doyen, of the Conservative Party to give your verdict and tell us, your constituents, how much this helps us.
You are always upbeat and confident about everything no matter how rubbish and disingenuous it may be, so I will be watching with baited breath to see how you will gaslight this.
Regards
Chris Wade
