Yet again the UK has opened its borders to a foreign sexual predator, putting him up in top billed accommodation, food, security, all laid on. Just days after Peter Mandelson is dumped for his links with Jeffrey Epstein, Donald Trump is welcomed with an unprecedented second state visit. But now I’ve found common ground with the far-right hotel besiegers who spend months yelling at buildings and not talking with their occupants, where are they?
‘Malicious communications’
A well-rounded journalistic overview of Trump-Epstein made by Led By Donkeys saw four of their members arrested over ‘malicious communications’ for projecting images and discourse about Trump and Epstein onto Windsor Castle. Arrests that the agit-prop group denounced as ‘ridiculous’ and ‘Orwellian’, the group estimating it has done some 30 such stunts, often with police chatting amicably on hand. The righties were right about free speech being crushed – hear my plea!

Indeed, listening to the World Service earlier Wednesday on Trump’s visit, its North America correspondent saying, “The only thing the president should see are those things he’s designed to see. … everything is the biggest and the best … flattery is the way to his heart …”. Something Potemkin about it all, only show the Big Guns what they want to see and hear – like Nigel Farage likening the UK to North Korea!
Charlie Kirk and free speech
Like North Korea punishing insincere mourners, in the US military personnel, teachers, lecturers, airline staff, all are getting disciplined, doxed, fired over posts about Charlie Kirk in flagrant crushing of the first amendment, to say and believe as one wills, they’re being told to mourn and damned for saying an iota other than Kirk was a saint. And now it’s happening in this country. When the fetishisation of Kirk’s death triggered British youth, I don’t know, but perhaps it’s the same online Animal Farm puppy farms that breed Reform’s A-level student council chiefs that produce such types.
In the same vein that Kirk himself virulently supported ‘free speech’ of the hate and misinformation kind, vice-president JD Vance declared ‘left-wing extremism’ as responsible for Kirk’s death and the greatest terrorist threat in the US – an in-yer-face untruth, flying in the face of all statistics including the Department of Justice’s own – so it allegedly deleted a study of the frequency of far-right attacks.
Now, that does no one any good, especially the state. I mean,now the FBI trawls social media for clues predicting Kirk’s death, but this follows massive budget cuts to the DoJ, shedding 1,500 experienced FBI staff, with another 500 vacancies that Patel just said would take years to fill. While he cut meetings and went to UFC events, he deployed a 1,000 FBI agents to pull ‘all-nighters’ over 100,000 documents in the Epstein Files to find mention of Trump and redact that. Cut staff and redeploy the rest in so colossal misdirection, while concealing from yourself data showing where actual threats comes from.
The Emperor’s new clothes
This is a state telling itself to shut up, blinding itself to its own enemies, preferring the macabre masquerade of allies like the UK so performatively praising the new clothes of an Emperor so hideously stark-bollock naked to the world. The UK where Led By Donkeys and those protesting genocide will be arrested, but Elon Musk, while he tells a Tommy Robinson rally “Whether you choose violence or not, violence is coming to you. You either fight back or you die, that’s the truth,” will he nary be denied a visa? With £30 billion of tech investment riding into the UK with Trump’s visit, I doubt it.
Like, the far-right telling themselves they’re out to protect women and children – so they lay siege to hotels just on the idea brown people are rapists and groomers, even though overwhelmingly grooming gangs comprise of white men. And grooming gangs are a fraction of all sexual assault cases, which, again, overwhelmingly involve white men. And overwhelmingly, it’s not strangers, it’s people known, well-known to the victims who are the predators, mainly white men. They’re missing the bigger picture, being misled to miss it. Real violence from arising from total lies, while no one listens, can listen to each other. It’s the Orange One you need to look out for, he’s in there!
