“Today they bombed the place with a belt of fire, which led to the collapse of all the tents in the place from the force of the explosion, and stones were thrown at us. Some people are trapped under the rubble and we cannot get them out, both the living and the dead. They throw bombs at us that contain poisons that do not heal the wound. People are still alive under the rubble, and the civil defence was unable to reach the site.”

“Today I was holding an empty box and was about to leave when an old man, 70 years old, stopped me and said, ‘I want to eat something’ … I didn’t know what to do. I told him I didn’t have anything. I wished I was upset and angry with myself because I didn’t do anything for him.”
“From Gaza, a cry that shakes consciences! Our children are breathing their last breaths of hunger, not bombing. Their little bodies are withering away before our eyes while the world watches. Enough of the silence and shame! Open the crossings immediately, bring in food and medicine. Stop this slow massacre. Save our children from starving to death! “Today I went to get flour, but I couldn’t get any flour because of the fire. 200 people died today.”
“My son Tim is crying, he wants to eat. I went to bring flour from the dead so he can eat, but I couldn’t and I almost died.”
24 July
“My children are very happy to get some potatoes. Despite the famine, food scarcity, and lack of bread, thanks to donations and support, I was able to buy potatoes for my children.”

“I am Waseem from Gaza, which is being subjected to a genocidal war and ongoing massacres until this moment, and a siege, starvation, and the prevention of aid from entering. I am currently displaced, me and my family, in a tent in northern Gaza, which does not have the minimum necessities of life. We live in very difficult and harsh conditions because of the siege and the prevention of aid from entering. All the food we had is gone, such as flour, rice, and lentils, and there is no alternative, and I do not have money to buy. I swear to God, we do not have anything left to eat. I need your support and help, O people of goodness.”
