One of the five North East winners of the Ministry of Defence (MOD) Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award has spoken of its delight and honour. Draeger Safety UK, of Blyth, is one of 162 nationwide winners this year who demonstrated exceptional and sustained support for the Armed Forces, as reported by North East Bylines on 23 July.
The recipients help veterans secure jobs, support reservists in balancing military and civilian careers, and back military families through workplace policies.
