Funfair The Hoppings announces its return to Tyneside for 2023.
The Hoppings is popular with locals and well known for being the biggest travelling fair in Europe.
Families can once again enjoy all the fun of the fair this summer on Friday 16 June on the Town Moor in Newcastle.
Crow events promise to customers
Organiser Crow events has promised this year’s event will be bigger and better than previous years, with an extra day added to the lineup.
Thrill-seekers will have until Sunday 25 June to explore everything the Hoppings has to offer.
Director Ryan Crow said: “The Hoppings is a North East institution and this year we have added an extra day to the event, so we are determined to ensure there is something for everyone and every single visitor has the best possible time.”
Crow Events has promised a whole host of attractions.
Director Ryan Crow said: “We have spent the past year scouring Europe for the most exciting, the most thrilling and the most hair-raising rides and attractions and we will be announcing them all in the coming weeks.”
There will be family favourites, such as the helter skelter and the dodgems, and “some of the biggest rides in Europe”.
People with nerves of steel can experience the Reverse Bungee which catapults users 150 feet up in the air.
Food will also be on offer with a vast selection of gourmet food stalls.
The food stalls will be accompanied by a large dining area, licensed bar, and live music.
