Something unusual came In the post today. It was a leaflet from Matt Vickers MP (Conservative). How is that unusual?…..Well, for starters it wasn’t blue, it was green and brown. I would normally just throw his propaganda in the bin, but I was intrigued. So I had a look through it and could not find anything to indicate his political affiliation. Why would a Conservative MP not ensure correspondence bearing his name and constituency not show the blue tree logo?
I checked at the bottom and it was promoted by Rishi Sunaks’ constituency agent, Sam Gibbs (Vickers has promoted Gibbs’ leaflets also). So is definitely Conservative sponsored literature.
So, why are Conservative MP’S not advertising their party on official literature? Is there a hidden meaning? Are they embarrassed?
Do they not want to be associated with the national political party?
I am genuinely interested to know.
Is Vickers a candidate to cross the floor?
I really hope not as I would be unable to vote for him. I have zero respect for him.
