An interesting note is that Teesworks Port Ltd and Teesworks Quay Ltd were both set up less than a month before the transfer of shares from the STDC to Teesworks Ltd giving the Musgrave et al a 90% stake. Were they using a rival port as leverage against the STDC?

An incredulous tangled web of business. For someone with so many ventures, it’s strange there is not more information on him. PR releases are almost non-existent. Unlike Musgrave, he has no personal website. No elevation of himself into the public eye. This one, it seems, keeps his cards close to his chest.
